An event where Province IV youth leaders can worship, grow and build community.
Each year, youth leaders from across Province IV gather for a time of worship, learning, and community. This event creates space to build relationships and develop practical leadership skills. Our 2026 gathering will be hosted by the Diocese of Atlanta.

WORSHIP
Pray, sing, celebrate Eucharist, and encounter God together.

FUN
Camp activities, games, free time and down time.

FORMATION
Grow in faith and leadership through engaging sessions and workshops.

COMMUNITY
Build meaningful connections with other youth leaders from across Province IV.

OUR THEME
Our Theme:
FOLLOW THE QUESTION
LEADERSHIP FOR A CHANGING CHURCH
Jesus didn’t lead by giving easy answers. He asked questions that helped people grow, change, and take responsibility. At our gathering, we’ll learn how to do the same while exploring topics like faith, justice, identity, and mental health.
In between camp activities and free time, we’ll gather in large group and workshops to develop practical leadership skills and a (we hope!) clearer sense of what God might be inviting you to do next.

MIKELL CAMP & CONFERENCE CENTER
Camp Mikell, the camp and conference center of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta, serves as the home of this gathering. Located in the Appalachian foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it’s a peaceful natural setting and a welcoming environment for worship, learning, and community.

ABOUT PROVINCE IV
Province IV is a network of 20 dioceses across nine southeastern states in The Episcopal Church. While each diocese has its own unique context, Province IV creates space for connection, collaboration, and shared learning across the region.
The Province IV Youth Gathering brings together youth and adult leaders from across these dioceses to build relationships, share ideas, and grow in leadership together. By gathering across diocesan lines, participants gain a broader vision of the Church and a deeper sense of belonging to something larger than their local community.
